New in! The HEIROL Steely series has added a new member to the family, a stainless steel slotted turner with a silicone cover. The bendy steel and silicone cover allows you to use the turner on coated pots and pans as well, without the worries of damaging the coating.

You will receive confirmation of your order in your email immediately after your order. If for some reason you have not received and order confirmation within 24 hours of your order, please contact us at verkkokauppa@heirol.fi.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
The products you have purchased have a 14-day refund and return right provided that the product has not been used or washed and is in its original packaging. The return time is calculated from the receipt of the product. If you wish to return the product you ordered, please contact us at verkkokauppa@heirol.fi. This ensures an effortless return process. HEIROL will be responsible for the return costs if the return is made as a non-refundable customer return in accordance with HEIROL's instructions.

5-year warranty
The HEIROL product warranty covers manufacturing and material defects and is valid when the product has been used in normal household use without clear signs of misuse (such as excessive force, abuse, intentional damage, etc.) and when the product has been used and maintained according to the instructions.
