No better time to treat your mom like the queen she is, than Mother’s Day. Any mother will appreciate even the smallest gestures of affection. Even a warm cup of coffee or tea delivered to bed will make your mother burst with happiness. If you’d like to be mama’s favorite child and take the pampering to the next level, setting up a surprise brunch is never a bad idea!


We aren’t short on suggestions, so here are some of our favorite recipes to help you create that perfect Mother’s Day brunch. To maximize the time spent with mom in the morning, prepare some Overnight Oats the night before. In the morning, just take out the overnight oats from the fridge and add some banana slices, maybe some coconut flakes, and add a lick of Vegan Nutella on top. If you’d want to make something a bit sweeter, a Chocolaty Banana Bread or a Heavenly Carrot Cake will surely bring a smile to your mother’s face.
