Heirol Pro Albera series' knives are made of high quality corrosion enduring german knife steel. The knives' forged blade is adaptive and steady in use. The handle has been attached to the knife with metal rivets. The blade stem's ergonomic design protects fingers and enables a comfortable grasp. Hand wash and dry carefully after washing. Do not soak.
Remember to sharpen your knife regularly. Even a high-quality knife does not stay sharp forever. The characteristic of a good kitchen knife is that it can be sharpened again! A kitchen knife should be sharpened either before or after each use, so that the knife blade does not become rounded or dull.
Do not soak the wooden handle. The knife has a rivet fastening.Wash the knife by hand and dry carefully after each wash. Do not soak.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
The products you have purchased have a 14-day refund and return right provided that the product has not been used or washed and is in its original packaging. The return time is calculated from the receipt of the product. If you wish to return the product you ordered, please contact us at verkkokauppa@heirol.fi. This ensures an effortless return process. HEIROL will be responsible for the return costs if the return is made as a non-refundable customer return in accordance with HEIROL's instructions.

5-year warranty
The HEIROL product warranty covers manufacturing and material defects and is valid when the product has been used in normal household use without clear signs of misuse (such as excessive force, abuse, intentional damage, etc.) and when the product has been used and maintained according to the instructions.
