Warranty conditions
You can find the warranty period for the HEIROL product you have purchased on the product packaging. The product warranty starts from the date of purchase, so please keep your receipt for the duration of the warranty.
The HEIROL product warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials and is valid when the product has been in normal domestic use and shows no obvious signs of abuse (such as excessive use of force, misuse, deliberate damage, etc.) and when the product has been used and maintained in accordance with the instructions for use.
The guarantee does not cover any problems of use resulting, for example, from the product being dirty and not properly washed, or from the surface of the pan being burnt, the pan being heated when empty, etc.
HEIROL reserves the right to determine, in consultation with the factory, whether the product falls into one of the above categories. Any manufacturing defects will be fully compensated.
For warranty issues, please contact our customer service. Once the product has been received by our customer service and the product defect and warranty has been verified, we will send a new or equivalent product.
