On Saturday, September 6th, you'll get to cook live with Henri Alén - straight from your own kitchen. We want to make the experience as easy and enjoyable as possible for you, so we've gathered all of Henri's favorite products that he'll be using in the recipe.

Cooking Club's first joint cooking evening is approaching! Here are the ingredients you need for the recipe, as well as Henka's wine recommendation.


Ingredient list

400 g spaghetti
Approximately 1 liter cleaned wild mushrooms (such as chanterelles)
2 peeled garlic cloves
2 spring onions
4 slices of bacon or guanciale
4 egg yolks
2 dl grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and black pepper
Olive oil
