Whether you're enjoying this tradition on a terrace in the city or in the countryside, there are some essentials you'll need. One of the most important is a crayfish knife to get all the delicious meat out. The second most important is beautiful serving plates. We like to use steel ones because they bring a bit of elegance to the table, but ceramic ones are also beautiful. Our summer table is filled with beautiful pink and white plates that bring a soft hue of colour that contrasts beautifully with the bright crayfish and summer salads. Also remember to get a good cooler to keep your drinks cold. Our wine cooler is perfect for those long summer evenings when you want to relax and sit down to eat and chat for hours.
One of our favourite desserts this summer is the classic Brita cake. It's perfect for serving at larger parties, and you can top it with seasonal berries and edible flowers.
Another great recipe is potato nachos with shrimp skågen. They are the perfect starter and take no time at all to prepare.
