The lockable lid with a strainer is super handy when cooking pasta or potatoes. Easily strain the water without any extra utensils! The aluminium plate encased in the plate ensures an even and efficient heat distribution.

Commissioning: remove the packaging and labels from the product. Wash the boiler for the first time.
Usage: never heat the pot empty!
Add salt to just boiling water so that the salt does not damage the steel.
Warning: Overheating damages the coating. Don't
never leave a pot on the stove unattended.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
The products you have purchased have a 14-day refund and return right provided that the product has not been used or washed and is in the original packaging. The return time is calculated from the receipt of the product. If you want to return the product you ordered, please contact us at: verkkokauppa@heirol.fi . This ensures an effortless return process. HEIROL will be responsible for the return costs if the refund is made as a non-refundable customer return in accordance with HEIROL’s instructions.

Induction stove
The product is suitable for use on induction cooktops. Induction cookers heat up very quickly. Never heat the cookware at full power, instead, use medium heat settings. The maximum power settings on the cooker are only for boiling water.
For coated pans: never heat the cookware when it's empty. Always add cooking oil to a cold pan.

The product can be washed in a dishwasher.
For pans we however always recommend hand washing for optimal washing results.
5-year warranty
The HEIROL product warranty covers manufacturing and material defects and is valid when the product has been used in normal household use without clear signs of misuse (such as excessive force, abuse, intentional damage, etc.) and when the product has been used and maintained according to the instructions. Non-toxic, no PFAS-chemicals
The product is 100% PFAS-free and contains no chemicals harmful to nature and humans. The product is PFAS-free from production to the final product. HEIROL is the first and so far the only Finnish company to sign the ChemSec initiative to ban the use of all PFAS chemicals in the EU by 2026.
