The new Steely Classic Triply sauce pan is now even better than before! The renewed Steely Classic Triply series' products now has a thick 3-ply structure which reserves and spreads heat evenly and efficiently. These classic steel cookware are a favorite among professionals as well!
The stainless steel sauce pan is 100% PFAS-free and non-toxic. It is an ecological choice that lasts in your kitchen for years and years to come. There is no coating that would wear off in use. You can use steel utensils with your Steely Classic Triply products.
The body and handle are made of high-quality stainless steel and the sauce pan can be used on all stoves including induction and oven (max. 200 °C). Steel cookware are dishwasher safe but we recommend hand washing after each use to get the best result.
• Heat the stainless steel saucepan empty on medium heat for about 30-90 seconds, allowing the small pores of the steel to close, creating a surface similar to a coating
• Add a generous amount of cooking fat to the saucepan
• Use medium heat settings on the stove; full power is only for boiling water. This is especially important when using an induction stove
• Add room temperature ingredients to the saucepan. Allow them to cook gently, and only turn them when they have properly browned
• Allow the saucepan to cool before washing. Carefully wash both the inside and outside of the pan by hand with detergent and a brush/sponge after each use. You can let the saucepan soak in warm soapy water before hand-washing. Also, keep the stove clean
• Hand washing extends the product's lifespan, as it ensures the surface is properly cleaned and old residue doesn’t burn onto the surface during the next use
Note! Overheating can damage the saucepan. Do not leave the pan on the stove unattended. Avoid using the highest heat settings.
Pre-marinated products with high sugar content can easily burn and stick to the surface as sugar heats up very quickly. Use a particularly low heat setting when cooking foods with high sugar content.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
The products you have purchased have a 14-day refund and return right provided that the product has not been used or washed and is in the original packaging. The return time is calculated from the receipt of the product. If you want to return the product you ordered, please contact us at: verkkokauppa@heirol.fi . This ensures an effortless return process. HEIROL will be responsible for the return costs if the refund is made as a non-refundable customer return in accordance with HEIROL’s instructions.

The product is 100% PFAS-free and plastic free and does not contain any chemicals harmful to nature and humans. The product is PFAS-free from production to the final product. The product is also free of lead and cadmium. HEIROL is the first and so far the only Finnish company to sign the ChemSec initiative to ban the use of all PFAS chemicals in the EU by 2026.
HEIROL is also the first Finnish company to bring PFAS-free coatings to consumers.
The HEIROL product warranty covers manufacturing and material defects and is valid when the product has been used in normal household use without clear signs of misuse (such as excessive force, abuse, intentional damage, etc.) and when the product has been used and maintained according to the instructions.
