Professional knife sharpening at home! The new knife sharpener makes it very easy to get your knives super sharp.
With the rolling knife sharpener you can sharpen your knives easily. The sharpener keeps the sharpening angle stable as the knife is fixed to the base with a strong magnet. Choose from two diamond discs and get a high-quality sharpening result quickly without water. The diamond discs are suitable for all hardnesses of steel. With a ceramic grinding disc, you get an even more stunning finish after the diamond disc. The ceramic honing discs further enhance the grinding result. Using the honing disc ensures a smooth knife edge and eliminates any loose metal particles that remains on the blade during sharpening.
Choose from up to four angles to suit your knife perfectly. 15 degrees is suitable for knives that require a higher degree of sharpness or a very fine cut, such as Damascus knives. 18 degrees is perfect for Santoku and Asian knives, 20 degrees for regular kitchen knives and 25 degrees is perfect for outdoor and pocket knives.
The product includes 2 sharpening discs: diamond 360" and 600" and 2 honing discs: 1000" and ceramic 3000".
