New Pro-series knife sharpener! You are able to adjust the sharpening angle on the sharpener, so you can sharpen all of your knives and scissors in no time! Use either the coarse or fine sharpening rails, and adjust the angle from 14 - 24°, based on the knife that you are sharpening. The stainless steel handle and a non-slip grip on the bottom provide you with a stable and safe sharpening experience. The sharpener comes with a 5 year warranty.
How to use: Place the end of the blade in the sharpening groove, with the tip facing away from you, and use calm pulls towards you to sharpen. Repeat as many times as necessary. Clean with a damp cloth.
Knife sharpening: Press and drag the rotary selector to set the desired sharpening angle in both COARSE and FINE grooves. You can find the recommended sharpening angles printed on the side of the sharpener. Place the sharpener on a flat and stable surface. Firmly hold the sharpener with one hand and the knife handle with the other. Place the blade of the knife completely in the groove of the sharpener at an angle of 90 ° to the sharpener. Press the blade of the knife down lightly and at the same time pull the knife through the sharpening hole by pulling from the base of the knife towards the tip. Avoid grinding the surface of the knife against the walls when sharpening the knife. Always pull the knife towards you and not push away. Repeat this until the knife is sharp. Usually, with 5-7 strokes, the knife already becomes sharp, but knives made of hard steel may need additional strokes. Run the knife through the grooves, starting COARS and then FINE. Do not sharpen alternately, but in order.
Sharpening the scissors: The ceramic sharpening groove of the scissors sharpens the scissors and cleans impurities from the blades. For sharpening scissors, use the intended groove on the edge of the handle The sharpening angle of the scissors is standard Place the sharpener on a flat and stable surface. Firmly hold the sharpener with one hand and the handle of the scissors with the other. Insert the blades of the scissors into the grooves on both sides of the ceramic rods and push the scissors forward. Then close the scissors by pulling them towards you and out of the opening. Repeat the movement until the scissors are sharp. The scissors sharpener is suitable for both right- and left-handed scissors.

5-year warranty
The HEIROL product warranty covers manufacturing and material defects and is valid when the product has been used in normal household use without clear signs of misuse (such as excessive force, abuse, intentional damage, etc.) and when the product has been used and maintained according to the instructions. Hand wash only
