The HEIROL 15 L steel pot is a timeless and practical choice! The pot is made of stainless steel with an aluminium plate encased in the base for even and efficient heat distribution. The thick three-layer base makes the pot suitable for all stoves, including induction.

Dishwasher safe
Remove any packaging and labels from the product, and wash the pot before the first use.
Usage:
- Never heat the pot when it's empty!
- Add salt only to boiling water, so the salt doesn't damage the steel.
- Warning: Never leave the pot on the stove unattended.
Cleaning Steel
If food or dirt has stuck to the pot and it doesn't come off with washing:
- Put a generous amount of baking soda in the pot and add water, at least enough to cover the dirty areas
- Place the pot on the stove and let the mixture boil for about 20-30 minutes (watch the pot so the mixture doesn't boil over).
- Remove the pot from the burner, pour out the liquids, and wipe the pot clean with a coarse dish sponge.
- Rinse and dry
Option 2:
- Moisten the pot and stained areas, add baking soda to the spots where there are stains, let it act for about 30 min and then scrub the steel clean with a coarse dish sponge. Rinse and dry.
Option 3:
- Make a "paste" from water and baking soda that you can apply to the stains, let it act for about 30 min and then scrub off with a coarse dish sponge. Rinse and dry.

The products you have purchased have a 14-day refund and return right provided that the product has not been used or washed and is in the original packaging. HEIROL will be responsible for the return costs if the refund is made as a non-refundable customer return in accordance with HEIROL’s instructions.

Induction stove
The product is suitable for use on induction cooktops. Induction cookers heat up very quickly. Never heat the cookware at full power, instead, use medium heat settings. The maximum power settings on the cooker are only for boiling water.
For coated pans: never heat the cookware when it's empty. Always add cooking oil to a cold pan.

The product can be washed in a dishwasher.
For pans we however always recommend hand washing for optimal washing results.
5-year warranty
The HEIROL product warranty covers manufacturing and material defects and is valid when the product has been used in normal household use without clear signs of misuse (such as excessive force, abuse, intentional damage, etc.) and when the product has been used and maintained according to the instructions.
