A gorgeous champagne-gold premium baking pan for every baker! The pan, also suitable for professional use, has a tougher than normal carbon steel body, high-quality champagne-gold color non-stick coating and the edge helps keep your oven clean.
Due to the design of the pan, you can have perfectly straight sides on your cake. The pan is perfect for cheesecakes and mousse cakes.
The pan comes with an amazing recipe designed by Emma herself just for this pan! Diameter: 26 cm

Use and care: remove the etiquette and hand wash the pan. Use kitchen tools made of wood, nylon, silicone, or plastic. We recommend using baking paper at the bottom of the pan. Butter the pan before baking, you can also your breadcrumbs.
Wash the pan after use and dry carefully. Hand washing will make the baking pan last even longer! Do not use abrasive washing detergents or i.e. steel wool in cleaning the pan.
TIP when you put baking paper on the bottom of the pan, you guarantee the airtightness of the pan with e.g. fattier doughs.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
The products you have purchased have a 14-day refund and return right provided that the product has not been used or washed and is in the original packaging. The return time is calculated from the receipt of the product. If you want to return the product you ordered, please contact us at: verkkokauppa@heirol.fi . This ensures an effortless return process. HEIROL will be responsible for the return costs if the refund is made as a non-refundable customer return in accordance with HEIROL’s instructions.

Hand washing extends the product's lifespan. Wash the product with dishwashing detergent and a brush/sponge after each use.
Non-toxic, no PFAS-chemicals
The product is 100% PFAS-free and contains no chemicals harmful to nature and humans. The product is PFAS-free from production to the final product. HEIROL is the first and so far the only Finnish company to sign the ChemSec initiative to ban the use of all PFAS chemicals in the EU by 2026.
