The Premium series springform cake pan is the wingman you need for baking! The cake pan, also suitable for professional use, has a sturdier than normal carbon steel body, high-quality champagne-gold color non-stick coating, and an extra edge underneath which helps keep your oven clean. Due to the design of the cake pan, you can have perfectly straight sides on your cake. The pan is perfect for cheesecakes and mousse cakes, but feel free to use your imagination.
Diameter: 28 cm Height: 7 cm The coating does not contain any harmful PFAS-chemicals or plastic Dishwasher-friendly but we recommend hand washing.
Use and care: remove the label and wash the pan by hand. Always use nylon, plastic or wooden tools. We recommend placing baking paper on the bottom of the pan. The pan is greased before baking, it can also be breadcrumbed.
Wash after use and dry carefully. Hand washing extends the service life. Do not use abrasive detergents or e.g. steel wool to clean the pan.
TIP when you put baking paper on the bottom of the pan, you guarantee the tightness of the pan with e.g. fattier doughs.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
The products you have purchased have a 14-day refund and return right provided that the product has not been used or washed and is in the original packaging. The return time is calculated from the receipt of the product. If you want to return the product you ordered, please contact us at: verkkokauppa@heirol.fi . This ensures an effortless return process. HEIROL will be responsible for the return costs if the refund is made as a non-refundable customer return in accordance with HEIROL’s instructions.

Hand wash only
Hand washing extends the product's lifespan. Wash the product with dishwashing detergent and a brush/sponge after each use.
Non-toxic, no PFAS-chemicals or plastic
The product is 100% PFAS-free and plastic free and does not contain any chemicals harmful to nature and humans. The product is PFAS-free from production to the final product. The product is also free of lead and cadmium. HEIROL is the first and so far the only Finnish company to sign the ChemSec initiative to ban the use of all PFAS chemicals in the EU by 2026.
HEIROL is also the first Finnish company to bring PFAS-free coatings to consumers.
