The beautiful new saucepan has a fully ceramic and titanium enforced coating and is free of any PFAS-compounds and free of plastic. The pan has a 6 mm cast aluminum base to ensure that heat spreads evenly when you are cooking. Made for all stoves, including induction. Glass lid to make your cooking easier. Easy to keep clean due to the coating. Take care of your sauce pan! Never heat the pan when it is empty. The GROOVE - series is dishwasher safe but hand washing ensures the best results.
Psst! We don’t recommend storing food in a coated pan for extended periods of time, as food acids may damage the coating.

Commissioning: remove the packaging and labels from the product. Wash the product with a detergent solution before the first use. Rinse and dry.
A frying pan with a PFAS-free, ceramic coating is more sensitive to overheating. Pay attention to these things when frying: - Never heat the frying pan empty. Always add frying fat to a cold pan. - Never heat the frying pan at full stove power. The full power of the stove is only for boiling water. Pay attention to this, especially when using induction oil. - Use with coated products or wooden/plastic/silicone utensils. - Allow the frying pan to cool before washing. Wash the outside and inside of the product carefully by hand with detergent and a brush/sponge after each use. Also take care of the cleanliness of the stove. - Hand washing extends the life of the product. - Do not store food in a coated container. The acids in the food can damage the coating.
Pre-marinated products containing a lot of sugar can damage the coating, because the sugar heats up very quickly. For frying sugary foods, use a particularly moderate frying power.
Note! Overheating damages the coating. Never heat the frying pan empty or leave the frying pan on the stove unattended. Do not use the highest power on the stove.

The products you have purchased have a 14-day refund and return right provided that the product has not been used or washed and is in its original packaging. The return time is calculated from the receipt of the product. If you wish to return the product you ordered, please contact us at verkkokauppa@heirol.fi. This ensures an effortless return process. HEIROL will be responsible for the return costs if the return is made as a non-refundable customer return in accordance with HEIROL's instructions.

Induction stove
The product is suitable for use on induction cooktops. Induction cookers heat up very quickly. Never heat the cookware at full power, instead, use medium heat settings. The maximum power settings on the cooker are only for boiling water.
For coated pans: never heat the cookware when it's empty. Always add cooking oil to a cold pan.

3-year warranty
HEIROL product warranty covers manufacturing and material defects and is valid when the product has been used in normal household use without clear signs of misuse (such as excessive force, abuse, intentional damage, etc.) and when the product has been used and maintained according to the instructions. Hand wash only
Hand washing extends the product's lifespan. Wash the product with dishwashing detergent and a brush/sponge after each use.
Non-toxic, no PFAS-chemicals or plastic
The product is 100% PFAS-free and plastic free and does not contain any chemicals harmful to nature and humans. The product is PFAS-free from production to the final product. The product is also free of lead and cadmium. HEIROL is the first and so far the only Finnish company to sign the ChemSec initiative to ban the use of all PFAS chemicals in the EU by 2026.
