Pappardelle are a typical Tuscan pasta, rough to the touch but with a rich and strong taste. This shape is used with full bodied condiments, such as meat and game based sauces. Compatible with Atlas 150. Stainless Steel. Clean with a damp cloth. If there is any dough stuck in the accessory let it dry and clean with a small brush.
