Use and care
Commissioning: Remove the packaging and labels from the product. Wash the pan in a detergent solution before the first use. Rinse and dry carefully.
Usage: always make sure the pan is completely clean before use.
The best frying results can be obtained by using medium heat on the stove or lower temperatures.
Cleaning: let the product cool down before washing. Clean the pan as soon as possible after use - we recommend hand washing and a coarse sponge. The pan doesn't get clean enough in the machine. Hand washing extends the life of the pan.

Induction stove
The product is suitable for use on induction cooktops. Induction cookers heat up very quickly. Never heat the cookware at full power, instead, use medium heat settings. The maximum power settings on the cooker are only for boiling water.
For coated pans: never heat the cookware when it's empty. Always add cooking oil to a cold pan.

Hand wash only
Hand washing extends the product's lifespan. Wash the product with dishwashing detergent and a brush/sponge after each use.
Non-toxic, no PFAS-chemicals or plastic
The product is 100% PFAS-free and plastic free and does not contain any chemicals harmful to nature and humans. The product is PFAS-free from production to the final product. The product is also free of lead and cadmium. HEIROL is the first and so far the only Finnish company to sign the ChemSec initiative to ban the use of all PFAS chemicals in the EU by 2026.
