This pan is the one you'll find in Kaskis, the first Michelin star restaurant in our hometown of Turku, Finland. HEIROL Cerasafe® Pro products feature a ceramic, titanium-reinforced coating that is completely free from PFAS chemicals harmful to both people and the environment, starting from the manufacturing process.
High quality pan for all stoves and the oven! The Cerasafe® Pro pan has a 3-layer Non Stick coating with a ceramic reinforcement. The pan is suitable on all stoves, also induction, and can be used in the oven (max 200C). All Cerasafe® Pro -products are long-lasting which makes them a sustainable choice and a permanent favourite of professionals! The Cerasafe® Pro -series is an ecological choice! Due to its excellent thermal conductivity the products use very little energy and the durable coating lasts long. The coating does not contain any PFOA or PFOS compounds. Please hand wash to make the pan last even longer! Remember that the high quality stainless steel body spreads the heat efficiently. Thus, be careful especially when using on an induction stove! Never heat when empty and use only a little higher than mean temperature degrees.
Käyttöönotto: poista tuotteesta pakkaukset ja tarrat. Pese pannu pesuaineliuoksessa ennen ensimmäistä käyttökertaa. Huuhdo ja kuivaa.
Käyttö: laita pannuun aina vettä, rasvaa tai öljyä, kun alat lämmittää pannua. Älä koskaan lämmitä paistinpannua tyhjänä! Pohjaan palamisen välttämiseksi älä käytä lieden maksimilämpötilaa.
Käytä mietoa paistolämpötilaa, jotta uuden pannusi pinnoite ei vahingoitu.
Käytä pinnoitetun pannun kanssa vain muovisia tai puisia keittiövälineitä.
Anna pannun jäähtyä ennen pesua. Puhdista pannu mahdollisimman pian käytön jälkeen molemmilta puolilta.
Suosittelemme käsinpesua, sillä koneessa pannu ei puhdistu tarpeeksi hyvin ja käsinpesu pidentää pannun käyttöikää.
Varoitus: Ylikuumentuminen vaurioittaa paistinpannua. Älä koskaan jätä paistinpannua liedelle ilman valvontaa.
Cerasafe Pro- pannuissa on 3 vuoden takuu kun pannu on ollut
normaalissa kotitalouskäytössä eikä siinä näy selkeitä väärinkäytön
jälkiä (kuten liiallinen voimankäyttö, pannun väärinkäyttö, tahallinen
vaurioittaminen jne).
Takuu ei kata käyttövaikeuksia, jotka johtuvat
esimerkiksi siitä, että pannu on likainen eikä sitä ole pesty kunnolla,
pannun pinta on poltettu tai pannu on kuumennettu tyhjänä ja niin
edelleen.
HEIROL pidättää oikeudet määritellä yhteistyössä tehtaan kanssa kuuluuko tuote mihinkään ylläolevista kategorioista.
Mahdolliset valmistuksessa syntyneet viat korvataan täysin.

The products you have purchased have a 14-day refund and return right provided that the product has not been used or washed and is in its original packaging. The return time is calculated from the receipt of the product. If you wish to return the product you ordered, please contact us at verkkokauppa@heirol.fi. This ensures an effortless return process. HEIROL will be responsible for the return costs if the return is made as a non-refundable customer return in accordance with HEIROL's instructions.

Induction stove
The product is suitable for use on induction cooktops. Induction cookers heat up very quickly. Never heat the cookware at full power, instead, use medium heat settings. The maximum power settings on the cooker are only for boiling water.
For coated pans: never heat the cookware when it's empty. Always add cooking oil to a cold pan.

3-year warranty
HEIROL product warranty covers manufacturing and material defects and is valid when the product has been used in normal household use without clear signs of misuse (such as excessive force, abuse, intentional damage, etc.) and when the product has been used and maintained according to the instructions. Hand wash only
Hand washing extends the product's lifespan. Wash the product with dishwashing detergent and a brush/sponge after each use.
