This knife definitely makes the cut.
The chef's knife of the award winning Pro Balance knife series.
The unique, countless awards winning Pro Balance knives bring new comfort when working in the kitchen; you can balance the knives to suit exactly your hand with loose weights you can put in the handle. It’s not necessary to search for a knife that is perfect for you hand as now you can balance the knife as well as the centre of gravity in the blade just for you!
The high quality knives are made of CR1400 steel and are packed in a stylish packet with loose weights and clear illustrations for balancing the knife. The colour code in the end of the handle makes it easier to find the right knife from the knife block. Length of the blade is 21 cm.
Balancing the Pro Balance -knife is easy:
1.Screw the end of the knives handle open with the small tool in the packet.
2.Detach the plug and remove the tube used in the balancing from inside the handle.
3.Screw off the weights used in the basic balancing.
4.Insert the wanted weights in. For example, to get a backweighted knife, place the biggest weight at the end of the handle.
5.Insert the tube in the handle and screw the plug in carefully.
After use, hand wash and dry the knife.
Store your knives separately, preferably in a knife block.
The edge degree of Pro Balance knives is 10-15 degrees.
Remember to sharpen your knife regularly. Even a high-quality knife does not stay sharp forever. The characteristic of a good kitchen knife is that it can be sharpened again! A kitchen knife should be sharpened either before or after each use, so that the knife blade does not get round and dull.
Pro Balance knife balancing:< br>Unscrew the plug of the handle with the tool found in the package. Remove the plug of the handle and remove the plastic tube from inside the handle. Unscrew the desired pressure nut. Add a new pressure nut and move the plastic tube back into place inside the handle. Screw the handle plug back tightly.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
The products you have purchased have a 14-day refund and return right provided that the product has not been used or washed and is in its original packaging. The return time is calculated from the receipt of the product. If you wish to return the product you ordered, please contact us at verkkokauppa@heirol.fi. This ensures an effortless return process. HEIROL will be responsible for the return costs if the return is made as a non-refundable customer return in accordance with HEIROL's instructions.

Hand washing extends the product's lifespan. Wash the product with dishwashing detergent and a brush/sponge after each use.
5-year warranty
The HEIROL product warranty covers manufacturing and material defects and is valid when the product has been used in normal household use without clear signs of misuse (such as excessive force, abuse, intentional damage, etc.) and when the product has been used and maintained according to the instructions.
