The bread knife of the award winning Pro Balance knife series.
The unique, countless awards winning Pro Balance knives bring new comfort when working in the kitchen; you can balance the knives to suit exactly your hand with loose weights you can put in the handle. It’s not necessary to search for a knife that is perfect for you hand as now you can balance the knife as well as the centre of gravity in the blade just for you!
The high quality knives are made of CR1400 steel and are packed in a stylish packet with loose weights and clear illustrations for balancing the knife. The colour code in the end of the handle makes it easier to find the right knife from the knife block. Length of the blade is 22 cm.
Balancing the Pro Balance -knife is easy:
1.Screw the end of the knives handle open with the small tool in the packet.
2.Detach the plug and remove the tube used in the balancing from inside the handle.
3.Screw off the weights used in the basic balancing.
4.Insert the wanted weights in. For example, to get a backweighted knife, place the biggest weight at the end of the handle.
5.Insert the tube in the handle and screw the plug in carefully.
After use, hand wash and dry the knife.
Store your knives separately, preferably in a knife block.
Balancing the Pro Balance knife is easy: 1. Unscrew the plug of the handle with the tool found in the package.
2. Remove the plug of the handle and remove the pipe used for balancing from inside the handle.
3. Unscrew the weights used in basic weighing-
4. Add the desired weights in place. For example, you can get a back-weighted knife by placing the largest weight at the end of the handle.
5. Place the tube in place inside the handle and screw the cap tightly.
Do not wash high-quality kitchen knives in the dishwasher. The correct way is to hand wash and dry immediately after use. Store knives in knife racks intended for storage.
Remember to sharpen your knives regularly. Even a high-quality knife does not stay sharp forever. The characteristic of a good kitchen knife is that it can be sharpened again!
A kitchen knife should be sharpened either before or after each use, so that the blade of the knife does not become rounded and dull. Pro Balance knives have a sharpening angle of 10-15 degrees.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
The products you have purchased have a 14-day refund and return right provided that the product has not been used or washed and is in the original packaging. HEIROL will be responsible for the return costs if the refund is made as a non-refundable customer return in accordance with HEIROL’s instructions.

Hand wash only
Hand washing extends the product's lifespan. Wash the product with dishwashing detergent and a brush/sponge after each use.
5-year warranty
The HEIROL product warranty covers manufacturing and material defects and is valid when the product has been used in normal household use without clear signs of misuse (such as excessive force, abuse, intentional damage, etc.) and when the product has been used and maintained according to the instructions.
