In summer, it's great to cook new things, but it's also great to enjoy the warm air. So recipes should be super easy and quick!
We had a larger amount of apricots at home, I looked at them for a while thinking about what to make with them until this came to mind!


Apricot dessert
Cut the apricots in half and remove the pits. Place on a baking sheet and sprinkle with raw sugar. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 20 min. Serve with vanilla ice cream and mint leaves. Light, tasty, just the right amount of sweet and wonderfully summery!
