Negroni

Recipe

2 cl of gin
2 cl of Vermouth
2 cl of Campari
1 big ice cube
Orange peel

Pour gin, vermouth, and Campari into a glass. Stir with a cocktail spoon and add ice cubes. Take a piece of orange peel about 6 cm long and wipe it around the rim of the glass. Twist the same piece of orange peel and drop it into the glass as a garnish.
