The nut pot uses coffee that is ground finer than for a filter coffee machine, but slightly coarser than actual espresso grinding. We recommend freshly roasted coffee beans and a high-quality coffee grinder.
Your nut pan will last forever as long as you remember these few tips: Wash your pan after each use and only with water. So don't use soap. Dry carefully. If you stack the aluminum pan when it is wet, it will become brittle. Pour the coffee into the strainer lightly, do not press the coffee tightly. Fill the water tank only up to the mark on the tank. Make sure that the threads go into place when you close the pan. Don't twist the pan by the handle. When the coffee has risen, take the kettle off the stove. Replace the seal at regular intervals. The old seal becomes brittle and hardens before a long time.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
The products you have purchased have a 14-day refund and return right provided that the product has not been used or washed and is in its original packaging. The return time is calculated from the receipt of the product. If you wish to return the product you ordered, please contact us at verkkokauppa@heirol.fi. This ensures an effortless return process. HEIROL will be responsible for the return costs if the return is made as a non-refundable customer return in accordance with HEIROL's instructions.
