The beautiful design added to the high quality makes this pan a kitchen favorite! The 3-ply base spreads heat evenly and the pan is kind on the eye due to its round design and 18/10 stainless steel. The robust steel-base has an aluminum core, which allows the heat to spread efficiently and evenly in the pot. Suitable for all stoves and the oven.

Commissioning: Remove the packaging and labels from the product. Wash the pan in a detergent solution before the first use. Rinse and dry carefully. Psst! If you want, you can treat the pan first and later as needed with oil that can withstand high temperatures ( e.g. coconut oil):
Add plenty of oil to a clean pan. Then slowly heat the pan until the oil starts to smoke. Turn off the stove and let the pan cool down. Finally, wipe the excess oil from the pan with a clean paper towel. Watch the video about fat burning in a steel pan. Use: always make sure before use, that the pan is completely clean. When frying food, heat the pan first on medium heat so that the small pores on the steel surface close. You can confirm it by doing a test with a few drops of water. If the water remains uniform and it slides on the pan, the pan is hot enough. After this, add plenty of frying fat to the pan. We recommend using plenty of frying fat for frying. The raw material to be fried should be allowed to fry in peace in the pan, so that it does not stick to the surface. The best frying results can be obtained by using medium heat on the stove or lower temperatures.
The steel pan is perfect for preparing steak, vegetables, chicken and foods fried in oil. For eggs or white fish, we recommend Cerasafe Pro pans.
Cleaning: let the product cool down before washing. Clean the pan as soon as possible after use - we recommend hand washing and a coarse sponge. The pan doesn't get clean enough in the machine. Hand washing extends the life of the pan.
Warning: overheating may damage the frying pan. Never leave the frying pan on the stove unattended.

Induction stove
The product is suitable for use on induction cooktops. Induction cookers heat up very quickly. Never heat the cookware at full power, instead, use medium heat settings. The maximum power settings on the cooker are only for boiling water.
For coated pans: never heat the cookware when it's empty. Always add cooking oil to a cold pan.

Hand washing extends the product's lifespan. Wash the product with dishwashing detergent and a brush/sponge after each use.
Non-toxic, no PFAS-chemicals
The product is 100% PFAS-free and contains no chemicals harmful to nature and humans. The product is PFAS-free from production to the final product. HEIROL is the first and so far the only Finnish company to sign the ChemSec initiative to ban the use of all PFAS chemicals in the EU by 2026.
