HEIROL Premium springform pans are made for both professional and home bakers as the pans are made thicker and sturdier than normal cake pans. The 1 mm thick steel body heats evenly and doesn't deform. The non-stick coating looks beautiful and is easy to use. The coating does not contain any harmful PFAS-chemicals or plastic. Cakes are easy to detach from the form and cleaning is effortless! We recommend hand washing the cake pan to increase the lifespan of it. We don't recommend storing food in coated pans as food acids may damage the coating. In order to get the best possible result, we recommend buttering the pan and using breadcrumbs before baking. Psst! Let the cake cool down before removing from the pan.

TIP when you put baking paper on the bottom of the pan, you guarantee the airtightness of the pan with e.g. fattier doughs.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
The products you have purchased have a 14-day refund and return right provided that the product has not been used or washed and is in its original packaging. The return time is calculated from the receipt of the product. If you wish to return the product you ordered, please contact us at verkkokauppa@heirol.fi. This ensures an effortless return process. HEIROL will be responsible for the return costs if the return is made as a non-refundable customer return in accordance with HEIROL's instructions.

3-year warranty
HEIROL product warranty covers manufacturing and material defects and is valid when the product has been used in normal household use without clear signs of misuse (such as excessive force, abuse, intentional damage, etc.) and when the product has been used and maintained according to the instructions. Hand wash only
Hand washing extends the product's lifespan. Wash the product with dishwashing detergent and a brush/sponge after each use.
Non-toxic, no PFAS-chemicals or plastic
The product is 100% PFAS-free and plastic free and does not contain any chemicals harmful to nature and humans. The product is PFAS-free from production to the final product. The product is also free of lead and cadmium. HEIROL is the first and so far the only Finnish company to sign the ChemSec initiative to ban the use of all PFAS chemicals in the EU by 2026.
HEIROL is also the first Finnish company to bring PFAS-free coatings to consumers.
