The accessory to make the world’s most famous type of pasta at home. The thin round diameter makes it suitable for all types of condiment and to prepare dishes that will impress.
Compatible with Atlas 150. Stainless Steel. Clean with a damp cloth. If there is any dough stuck in the accessory let it dry and clean with a small brush.
Start-up: clean the machine with a dry cloth or kitchen towel. Do not use water.
Fasten the machine to a stable base with the table fixing mechanism included in the package.
Push the handle of the pasta machine into the opening on the side.
Set the machine rollers to the most open position (0 or 1). The adjustment is unlocked by pulling the knob outwards.
Feed the dough (about a max. 1 cm thick slice) between the rollers and twist the dough at the same time.
Always set the pitch of the rollers smaller and make a turn. Repeat until the dough is the desired thickness. You can jump a few notches.
Then move the handle to the hole of the desired cutter part in the attachment. psst. If the dough is too soft or sticky, flour it generously!
< span style="font-family: sans-serif;">Dry the pasta on the rack intended for it.
Always clean the pasta machine with a brush or cloth after use. Do not use water. Do not wash in the dishwasher.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
The products you have purchased have a 14-day refund and return right provided that the product has not been used or washed and is in its original packaging. The return time is calculated from the receipt of the product. If you wish to return the product you ordered, please contact us at verkkokauppa@heirol.fi. This ensures an effortless return process. HEIROL will be responsible for the return costs if the return is made as a non-refundable customer return in accordance with HEIROL's instructions.
