You will receive confirmation of your order in your email immediately after your order. If for some reason you have not received and order confirmation within 24 hours of your order, please contact us at verkkokauppa@heirol.fi.
We will send your order within 1-5 business days and it will take about 3-10 days to arrive.

Free home delivery for orders over 120€ Home delivery for orders under 120€ is 10€ Deliveries inside Finland to the nearest Post Office or Pick Up Point 5,90€ Free delivery to the nearest Post Office or Pick Up Point for orders over 70€
Shipments in EU outside of Finland 19,90€. We currently ship to the Schengen area and England

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
The products you have purchased have a 14-day refund and return right provided that the product has not been used or washed and is in its original packaging. The return time is calculated from the receipt of the product. If you wish to return the product you ordered, please contact us at verkkokauppa@heirol.fi. This ensures an effortless return process. HEIROL will be responsible for the return costs if the return is made as a non-refundable customer return in accordance with HEIROL's instructions.
