Lift ready pasta from the boiling water to a delicious sauce easily with the help of the holes. The spoon part with holes is made of nylon thus, it doesn’t scratch non-stick coated pots. All Heirol Steely products are durable and hygienic. The handle is closed, made of stainless steel, and filled with plastic so that dirt, water, or bacteria can't get inside the handle.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
The products you have purchased have a 14-day refund and return right provided that the product has not been used or washed and is in its original packaging. The return time is calculated from the receipt of the product. If you wish to return the product you ordered, please contact us at verkkokauppa@heirol.fi. This ensures an effortless return process. HEIROL will be responsible for the return costs if the return is made as a non-refundable customer return in accordance with HEIROL's instructions.

5-year warranty
The HEIROL product warranty covers manufacturing and material defects and is valid when the product has been used in normal household use without clear signs of misuse (such as excessive force, abuse, intentional damage, etc.) and when the product has been used and maintained according to the instructions. Dishwasher safe
The product can be washed in a dishwasher.
For pans we however always recommend hand washing for optimal washing results.
