HEIROL Steelsafe™ Pro is the perfect frying pan for anyone looking for durability, practicality, and effortless maintenance.
Its robust steel construction, aluminium core, safe non-stick coating, hygienic cast stainless steel handle, and innovative honeycomb structure combine the excellent searing performance of stainless steel with the convenience of a non-stick pan. Suitable for all stovetops, including induction, the pan can also be used in the oven at temperatures of up to 260°C or even over an open fire.
Thanks to its stainless steel body and aluminium core, the Steelsafe™ Pro retains heat efficiently and distributes it evenly across the entire cooking surface, right to the edges. This ensures beautifully even cooking results every time. The pan is ideal for searing meat and chicken, but is equally versatile for cooking vegetables, omelettes, and traditional pancakes.
The pan’s completely PFOA-free non-stick coating is protected by a patented, unique stainless steel honeycomb structure, allowing you to use metal kitchen utensils with confidence. Remove the packaging and labels from the product. Wash the pan in a detergent solution before the first use. Rinse and dry. Usage: always put water, fat or oil in the pan when you start heating the pan. Never heat the frying pan empty! To avoid burning the bottom, do not use the maximum temperature of the stove.
Use a medium-high heat frying temperature so that the coating of your new pan is not damaged. Allow the pan to cool before washing. Clean the pan on both sides as soon as possible after use.
We recommend hand washing, as the machine does not clean the pan well enough and hand washing extends the pan's service life.
Warning: Overheating damages the frying pan. Never leave the frying pan on the stove unattended.
The pan has a 5-year warranty under normal use.

The products you have purchased have a 14-day refund and return right provided that the product has not been used or washed and is in its original packaging. The return time is calculated from the receipt of the product. If you wish to return the product you ordered, please contact us at verkkokauppa@heirol.fi. This ensures an effortless return process. HEIROL will be responsible for the return costs if the return is made as a non-refundable customer return in accordance with HEIROL's instructions.

Induction stove
The product is suitable for use on induction cooktops. Induction cookers heat up very quickly. Never heat the cookware at full power, instead, use medium heat settings. The maximum power settings on the cooker are only for boiling water.
For coated pans: never heat the cookware when it's empty. Always add cooking oil to a cold pan.

Hand washing extends the product's lifespan. Wash the product with dishwashing detergent and a brush/sponge after each use.
5-year warranty
The HEIROL product warranty covers manufacturing and material defects and is valid when the product has been used in normal household use without clear signs of misuse (such as excessive force, abuse, intentional damage, etc.) and when the product has been used and maintained according to the instructions.
