Dishwasher, oven and microwave oven safe
The Etnico ceramic ware is made from clay which is a living natural material that requires a little extra care. All our ceramic products are treated to be as moisture repellent as possible. However, since ceramic ware is porous we cannot guarantee that our products are 100% waterproof. Therefore, we recommend that you do not place our products directly on surfaces that are sensitive to moisture!
Etnico dishes are Portuguese ceramics. The dishes are dishwasher safe, but they cannot be put in the microwave. Ceramics are delicate, so the product's glaze may be damaged by hard hits.

You will receive confirmation of your order in your email immediately after your order. If for some reason you have not received an order confirmation within 24 hours of your order, please contact e-mail at verkkokauppa (at) heirol.fi.
We will send your order within 1 to 5 business days and it takes 3-10 days to arrive.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
The products you have purchased have a 14-day refund and return right provided that the product has not been used or washed and is in the original packaging. The return time is calculated from the receipt of the product. If you want to return the product you ordered, please contact us at: verkkokauppa@heirol.fi . This ensures an effortless return process. HEIROL will be responsible for the return costs if the refund is made as a non-refundable customer return in accordance with HEIROL’s instructions.
