The renewed Cerasafe® Pro frying pan series is 100% PFAS-free and guarantees healthy cooking. HEIROL Cerasafe® Pro products have a ceramic, titanium-reinforced coating that is entirely free from PFAS chemicals that are harmful to the well-being of people and nature. The coating doesn't contain plastic.
The products withstand wear and tear and are therefore a favorite of many professionals.

In January 2022, HEIROL signed the NO TO PFAS initiative of the environmental organization ChemSec as the FIRST Finnish operator. The movement aims to have several harmful fluorinated (PFAS) compounds - called "forever chemicals" because they do not break down in nature - phased out and banned. Care & use instructions
Commissioning: remove the packaging and labels from the product. Wash the product with a detergent solution before the first use. Rinse and dry.
A frying pan with a PFAS-free, ceramic coating is more sensitive to overheating. Pay attention to these things when frying: - Never heat the frying pan empty. Always add frying fat to a cold pan. - Never heat the frying pan at full stove power. The full power of the stove is only for boiling water. Pay attention to this, especially when using induction oil. - Use with coated products or wooden/plastic/silicone utensils. - Allow the frying pan to cool before washing. Wash the outside and inside of the product carefully by hand with detergent and a brush/sponge after each use. Also take care of the cleanliness of the stove. - Hand washing extends the life of the product. - Do not store food in a coated container. Food acids may damage the coating.
Note! Overheating damages the coating. Never heat the frying pan empty or leave the frying pan on the stove unattended. Do not use the strongest power on the stove.
Pre-marinated products containing a lot of sugar can damage the coating, because the sugar heats up very quickly. For frying sugary foods, use a particularly moderate frying power.
Cerasafe® Pro products have a 3-year warranty when the product has been in normal household use and does not show clear signs of abuse (such as excessive use of force, misuse of the pan, intentional damage, etc.). The warranty does not cover difficulties in use, which are caused, for example, by the fact that the product is dirty and has not been washed properly, the surface of the product has been burned or the product has been heated when empty, and so on. HEIROL reserves the right to determine in cooperation with the factory whether the product belongs to any of the above categories.
Possible manufacturing defects will be fully compensated.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
The products you have purchased have a 14-day refund and return right provided that the product has not been used or washed and is in the original packaging. The return time is calculated from the receipt of the product. If you want to return the product you ordered, please contact us at: verkkokauppa@heirol.fi . This ensures an effortless return process. HEIROL will be responsible for the return costs if the refund is made as a non-refundable customer return in accordance with HEIROL’s instructions.

Induction stove
The product is suitable for use on induction cooktops. Induction cookers heat up very quickly. Never heat the cookware at full power, instead, use medium heat settings. The maximum power settings on the cooker are only for boiling water.
For coated pans: never heat the cookware when it's empty. Always add cooking oil to a cold pan.

HEIROL product warranty covers manufacturing and material defects and is valid when the product has been used in normal household use without clear signs of misuse (such as excessive force, abuse, intentional damage, etc.) and when the product has been used and maintained according to the instructions. Hand wash only
Hand washing extends the product's lifespan. Wash the product with dishwashing detergent and a brush/sponge after each use.
Non-toxic, no PFAS-chemicals or plastic
The product is 100% PFAS-free and plastic free and does not contain any chemicals harmful to nature and humans. The product is PFAS-free from production to the final product. The product is also free of lead and cadmium. HEIROL is the first and so far the only Finnish company to sign the ChemSec initiative to ban the use of all PFAS chemicals in the EU by 2026.
HEIROL is also the first Finnish company to bring PFAS-free coatings to consumers.
