Food shouldn't be stored in a cast iron pan for long as it can rust the surface. Due to the enameling, the pan is easy to clean! The pan is suitable on all stoves and the oven without the wooden lid.
Psst! Heat the pan carefully on an induction stove as a fast fluctuation of heat can damage the pan. Cast iron remains at its best when used continuously.

Use and care
Usage: heat the cast iron pot very moderately on the induction stove,
because too fast a temperature change may damage the cauldron.
You should not store food in a cast iron cauldron for a long time because it
can rust the surface. Cast iron remains at its best when in constant use.
Cleaning: let the cauldron cool and wash the cauldron with warm water. Dry
carefully. The cast iron pot should not be soaked and it is not recommended to wash it
soapy water.

The products you have purchased have a 14-day refund and return right provided that the product has not been used or washed and is in its original packaging. The return time is calculated from the receipt of the product. If you wish to return the product you ordered, please contact us at verkkokauppa@heirol.fi. This ensures an effortless return process. HEIROL will be responsible for the return costs if the return is made as a non-refundable customer return in accordance with HEIROL's instructions.

Induction stove
The product is suitable for use on induction cooktops. Induction cookers heat up very quickly. Never heat the cookware at full power, instead, use medium heat settings. The maximum power settings on the cooker are only for boiling water.
For coated pans: never heat the cookware when it's empty. Always add cooking oil to a cold pan.

Hand wash only with warm water
Wash the product by hand only with warm water and a brush/sponge after each use. Do not use dishwashing detergent
5-year warranty
The HEIROL product warranty covers manufacturing and material defects and is valid when the product has been used in normal household use without clear signs of misuse (such as excessive force, abuse, intentional damage, etc.) and when the product has been used and maintained according to the instructions.
