The authentic, original Italian Marcato Atlas pasta machine is unmatched when it comes to making fresh pasta. It’s also perfect for baking Karelian pies or crispbread! The Marcato Atlas is a pasta machine that has won numerous tests and holds 5 international patents.
With this machine, you can make three different types of pasta. The illustrated instruction manual provides clear instructions and ten different recipes for making Italian pasta.
All Marcato pasta attachments are also compatible with colored pasta machines.
In addition to the rolling pin, a double cutter for making ribbon pasta is included. You can attach other types of attachments to the pasta machine, which are sold separately.
Käyttöönotto: puhdista kone kuivalla kankaalla tai keittiöliinalla. Älä käytä vettä. Kiinnitä kone tukevalla alustalle pakkauksessa olevalla pöytäkiinnitysmekanismilla. Työnnä pastakoneen veivi sivussa olevaan aukkoon. Aseta koneen telat avoimimpaan asentoon (0 tai 1). Säädön lukitus aukeaa vetämällä nuppia ulospäin. Syötä taikina (noin max 1 cm paksuinen viipale) telojen välistä ja väännä samalla veivistä. Säädä telojen pykälää aina pienempään ja veivaa kierros. Toista kunnes taikina on halutun paksuista. Voit hypätä muutaman pykälän yli. Siirrä sitten kahva lisäosaan halutun leikkuriosan reikään. Psst! Jos taikina on liian pehmeää tai takertuu, jauho sitä reilusti! Kuivata pasta siihen tarkoitetulla telineellä.
Puhdista pastakone aina käytön jälkeen harjalla tai liinalla. Älä käytä vettä. Älä pese astianpesukoneessa.

The products you have purchased have a 14-day refund and return right provided that the product has not been used or washed and is in its original packaging.
