Start-up: clean the machine with a dry cloth or kitchen towel. Do not use water.
Fasten the machine to a stable base with the table fixing mechanism included in the package.
Push the handle of the pasta machine into the opening on the side.
Set the machine rollers to the most open position (0 or 1). The adjustment is unlocked by pulling the knob outwards.
Feed the dough (about a max. 1 cm thick slice) between the rollers and twist the dough at the same time.
Always set the pitch of the rollers smaller and make a turn. Repeat until the dough is the desired thickness. You can jump a few notches.
Then move the handle to the hole of the desired cutter part in the attachment. psst. If the dough is too soft or sticks, flour it generously!
Dry the pasta on the stand intended for it.
Always clean the pasta machine with a brush or cloth after use. Do not use water. Do not wash in the dishwasher.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
The products you have purchased have a 14-day refund and return right provided that the product has not been used or washed and is in the original packaging. HEIROL will be responsible for the return costs if the refund is made as a non-refundable customer return in accordance with HEIROL’s instructions.
