The original Marcato Atlas pasta maker, an icon of Made in Italy Design, is pretty much the definition of a high-quality classic. The Atlas 150 is equipped with a double cutter, so you can easily make lasagna, fettuccine (6 mm), tagliolini (1,5 mm), and other pasta shapes with a wide range of accessories. You can choose from the chrome and steel version to the anodized aluminum in 5 gorgeous colors.
The 12 interchangeable accessories of Atlas 150, are distinguished by the thickness, cut, and shape of the pasta. You just have to choose the right size for your condiments. The 10-gear adjustment wheel lets you choose the thickness of your pasta from 0,6-4,8 mm. The packaging comes with a table fastener to attach the pasta maker to the table and a recipe book, which contains 10 different pasta recipes. Marcato Atlas pasta makers also come with a 10-year warranty!
Marcato has updated all their packaging and they're now fully plastic-free. The package also includes a recycled cotton shopper where you can store your machine after using it.
Psst! Did you know that HEIROL has imported Marcato pasta makers to Finland for almost 30 years? At the beginning of our partnership with Marcato, pasta makers were sold in Finland to make Karelian pies, but nowadays they are mainly used for what they are made for - to make pasta! Homemade pasta is so easy and fun to make - all you need is eggs and flour. The best part? Working with your hands has a meditative effect on your mind and body!
Start-up: clean the machine with a dry cloth or kitchen towel. Do not use water. Fix the machine to a sturdy base with the table fixing mechanism included in the package. Push the handle of the pasta machine into the opening on the side. Set the machine's rollers to the most open position (0 or 1). The adjustment is unlocked by pulling the knob outwards. Feed the dough (about a max. 1 cm thick slice) between the rollers and twist the dough at the same time. Always adjust the pitch of the rollers to a smaller one and take a turn. Repeat until the dough is the desired thickness. You can jump a few notches. Then move the handle to the attachment in the hole of the desired cutter part. Psst! If the dough is too soft or sticks, flour it generously! Dry the pasta on the designated rack.
Always clean the pasta machine with a brush or cloth after use. Do not use water. Do not wash in the dishwasher.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
The products you have purchased have a 14-day refund and return right provided that the product has not been used or washed and is in the original packaging.
