Pastadrive is the practical motor compatible with Marcato products, which facilitates processing dough or grinding flour.
Start-up: clean the machine with a dry cloth or kitchen towel. Do not use water. Fix the machine to a sturdy base with the table fixing mechanism included in the package. Push the handle of the pasta machine into the opening on the side. Set the machine's rollers to the most open position (0 or 1). The adjustment is unlocked by pulling the knob outwards. Feed the dough (about a max. 1 cm thick slice) between the rollers and twist the dough at the same time. Always adjust the pitch of the rollers to a smaller one and take a turn. Repeat until the dough is the desired thickness. You can jump a few notches. Then move the handle to the hole of the desired cutter part on the attachment. Psst! If the dough is too soft or sticks, flour it generously! Dry the pasta on the designated rack.
< span style="font-family: Sans-serif;">Always clean the pasta machine with a brush or cloth after use. Do not use water. Do not wash in the dishwasher.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
The products you have purchased have a 14-day refund and return right provided that the product has not been used or washed and is in the original packaging. The return time is calculated from the receipt of the product. If you want to return the product you ordered, please contact us at: verkkokauppa@heirol.fi . This ensures an effortless return process. HEIROL will be responsible for the return costs if the refund is made as a non-refundable customer return in accordance with HEIROL’s instructions.
