The accessory to prepare the typical Neapolitan pasta, named after Princess Mafalda of Savoy because it resembles the lace in the precious dresses of queens. Compatible with Atlas 150. Stainless Steel. Clean with a damp cloth. If there is any dough stuck in the accessory let it dry and clean with a small brush.
Start-up: clean the machine with a dry cloth or kitchen towel. Do not use water.
Fasten the machine to a stable base with the table fixing mechanism included in the package.
Push the handle of the pasta machine into the opening on the side.
Set the machine rollers to the most open position (0 or 1). The adjustment is unlocked by pulling the knob outwards.
Feed the dough (about a max. 1 cm thick slice) between the rollers and twist the dough at the same time.
Always set the pitch of the rollers smaller and make a turn. Repeat until the dough is the desired thickness. You can jump a few notches.
Then move the handle to the hole of the desired cutter part in the attachment. psst. If the dough is too soft or sticks, flour it generously!
Dry the pasta on the stand intended for it.
Always clean the pasta machine with a brush or cloth after use. Do not use water. Do not wash in the dishwasher.
