Authentic Kampot pepper is native to Cambodia and is considered to be one of the world’s finest black peppers.
In the areas where Kampot pepper is grown, the rain season is longer than the dry season, so the rain is plentiful and comes down regularly. Due to the terrain where the pepper is grown, the crops have been placed at the bottom of mountain slopes which is the most nurturing environment for the peppers to grow. This affects directly on the quality of the peppers. The flavor of Kampot peppers is explosive, strong, but with a delicate finish.
