Italo Ottinetti only uses raw materials that are fit for coming into contact with food – according to the EEC EN 601 and EN 602 standards – and exclusively of Italian origin, continuing to produce in Italy, at the historical site of Baveno, on Lake Maggiore.
Remember to grease the aluminum pan and flour the breadcrumbs carefully.
Hand wash. Aluminum is not suitable for washing in the dishwasher. Wash with warm water, avoiding strong dishwashing detergents.
The surface may patina and it should remain a little greasy, thus guaranteeing the pan the best baking results and a long life.
Food should not be stored in aluminum pans and especially acidic substances may damages aluminum.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
The products you have purchased have a 14-day refund and return right provided that the product has not been used or washed and is in the original packaging. The return time is calculated from the receipt of the product. If you want to return the product you ordered, please contact us at: verkkokauppa@heirol.fi . This ensures an effortless return process. HEIROL will be responsible for the return costs if the refund is made as a non-refundable customer return in accordance with HEIROL’s instructions.
