This gnocchi set is the perfect kit to approach the tasty world of gnocchi.

The set includes everything you need to make different types of gnocchi: a gnocchi paddle made from pear wood, a garganelli rod, a rolling pin, Gnocchi alla Romana cutters, a recipe book, and a short apron.

With the gnocchi board you can prepare tasty traditional gnocchi, garganelli, and semolino gnocchi. Use the stick (included in the box), a dull knife, or just your thumb to help you to get clean scrapings: these will perfectly hold the sauce.

With the pastry rings, you can prepare Gnocchi alla Romana: semolino flour and parmesan cheese gnocchi baked in the oven.
