Professionals often rely on traditional aluminum cake molds, as they have great thermal conductivity, and result in the most beautiful cooking surfaces. The mold should be lubricated/oiled and possibly floured well before use.
This mold is perfect for great looking dry cakes, parfaits, jelly, and of course the fan favorite tiger cake!
Remember to grease the aluminum pan and flour the breadcrumbs carefully.
Hand wash. Aluminum is not suitable for washing in the dishwasher. Wash with warm water, avoiding strong dishwashing detergents.
The surface may patina and it should remain a little greasy, thus guaranteeing the pan the best baking results and a long life.
Food should not be stored in aluminum pans and especially acidic substances may damages aluminum.

The products you have purchased have a 14-day refund and return right provided that the product has not been used or washed and is in its original packaging. The return time is calculated from the receipt of the product. If you wish to return the product you ordered, please contact us at verkkokauppa@heirol.fi. This ensures an effortless return process. HEIROL will be responsible for the return costs if the return is made as a non-refundable customer return in accordance with HEIROL's instructions.
