Nosse Ceramics produces environment-friendly, handcrafted stoneware, made with sustainable natural resources and re-used materials. Nosse believes that we are all responsible for making the world a better place to live in, which is why they have committed to becoming zero waste.

All dishes in the series are suitable for household use in both the dishwasher and the microwave. We do not recommend placing ceramics on surfaces that are sensitive to moisture.

You will receive confirmation of your order in your email immediately after your order. If for some reason you have not received and order confirmation within 24 hours of your order, please contact us at verkkokauppa@heirol.fi.
We will send your order within 1-5 business days and it will take about 3-10 days to arrive.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
The products you have purchased have a 14-day refund and return right provided that the product has not been used or washed and is in its original packaging. The return time is calculated from the receipt of the product. If you wish to return the product you ordered, please contact us at verkkokauppa@heirol.fi. This ensures an effortless return process. HEIROL will be responsible for the return costs if the return is made as a non-refundable customer return in accordance with HEIROL's instructions.

The product is 100% PFAS-free and plastic free and does not contain any chemicals harmful to nature and humans. The product is PFAS-free from production to the final product. The product is also free of lead and cadmium. HEIROL is the first and so far the only Finnish company to sign the ChemSec initiative to ban the use of all PFAS chemicals in the EU by 2026.
HEIROL is also the first Finnish company to bring PFAS-free and plastic-free coatings to consumers.
