The capers are hand-picked, washed, cleaned, and naturally cured in salt for 3–4 months to soften their flavor and develop a rich, full-bodied taste. Finally, the capers are packed without additives, preserved in high-quality sea salt from the salt mines of Margherita di Savoia.
The result is a firm, crisp, and juicy caper that has been awarded the title of Italy’s best by Gambero Rosso.
