Pleasantly sweet and sour, this vinegar has a lovely raspberry taste. Ideal as a dressing, for marinades or to make refreshing and depurative drinks or original cocktails. This product is made of Italian apples from organic cultivation and is different thanks to the presence of the “mother”, the bacterial colony responsible for the acetous fermentation. This apple cider vinegar has unique aromas.
Suggested to be enjoyed with cheeses, red meat, ice cream, and ricotta-based desserts.
Azienda Agricola Giusti Balsamic Vinegars are made of musts and wine vinegar coming from organic and sustainable agriculture. They are the results of the traditional slow cooking of the musts and the mixture with wine vinegar in barrels of different woods and shapes.
