“Crunchy, flavorful and irresistibly delicious!“
Recipe
600 g chicken breast
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp honey
3 dl mayonnaise
2 teaspoons Sriracha
1 1/2 dl sweet and sour sauce
Coriander
Skewer sticks
Instructions
In a bowl, combine the diced chicken breasts, oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Stir to evenly coat the chicken with the spices. Slide 4-5 chicken cubes onto skewers one skewer at a time. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet & sour sauce, Sriracha and honey. Mix well. Pour half of the sauce into a separate bowl and set aside to use after the chicken is cooked. Use the rest of the sauce by brushing evenly over the chicken. Add the skewers to a warm pan with oil and cook for 10-15 minutes, depending on the size of the chicken pieces (make sure they cook all the way through). Transfer the skewers to a plate and drizzle or brush with the reserved sauce. Top with fresh coriander and serve immediately.
Tip: You can also grill these to make them even crispier!
