Incredibly healthy and easy to prepare!
I usually make an oven dish once a week, I keep ready-made kale chips in a glass jar, they're lovely for garnishing ready meals or just nibbling on when I fancy something crunchy and salty. You get a big dose of antioxidants and your gut flora will thank you.
KALE CHIPS
300g kale
2 tbsp olive oil
sea salt
Heat the oven to 80 °C. Wash the kale well and towel dry.
Cut 4-5 cm pieces, rub them with olive oil and a pinch of sea salt. Place the kale on a baking tray and bake in the oven for about 60 min.
Leave the oven door slightly open to make the crisps wonderfully crispy.
