
I usually always buy bread from the store, but when the recipe is this easy, it makes more sense to make it at home! It's also the perfect base for grilled meats, roasted vegetables and dipping into delicious curries.


Recipe
4,75 dl of flour
50 g of butter
1,75 dl of milk
salt
Melt your butter in a small sauce pan. Add your milk once melted. Take your dry ingredients and and put them in a bowl. Add the warm milk and melted butter to it and mix until it is all combined. Pour the dough onto a clean surface and knead for around 2 minutes. Place plastic wrap around it and place it at room temperature for 30 min. Once it's been 30 min, take it out and cut into 8 pieces. Roll out each piece with a rolling pin until it is very thin. Warm up a cast iron or carbon Steele pan and cook the breads individually for 1 min on one side and 45 seconds to 1 min on the other side. Place a kitchen towel over them so they don't dry out
I filled the flat breads with some seasoned pork meat and top it off with some homemade tzatziki, cucumber, tomatoes and fresh parsley! It was a super easy and delicious meal that I would recommend for these sunny summer days!
