Geisha brownies

Geisha brownies are a delicious twist on the traditional brownies, featuring the creamy texture and hazelnut flavor of Geisha chocolate. These treats are decorated with Geisha Easter eggs, adding a festive spring touch and an extra indulgent chocolatey note. This recipe is the perfect choice for sweet lovers and Easter celebrations!

Batter
4 eggs
4.5 dl sugar
300 g butter (melted)
3 dl milk
7.5 dl wheat flour
5 tsp baking powder
5 tsp vanilla sugar
5 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 Geisha chocolate bar

Frosting

4.5 dl powdered sugar
100 g butter (melted)
4 tbsp coffee
2 tbsp cocoa powder


Batter


Whisk the eggs and sugar until fluffy. Measure all dry ingredients and place them in a bowl. Gradually add the dry ingredients and milk to the egg-sugar mixture, mixing well. Finally, add the melted butter and mix thoroughly. Break the Geisha chocolate bar into small pieces and fold them into the batter. Bake at 200°C for 15–20 minutes.


Frosting


In a bowl, mix powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla sugar. Add coffee and melted butter, stirring until smooth. Pour the frosting over the mocha squares. Before it sets, decorate with Geisha Easter eggs and other colorful Easter eggs.
