Easy and delicious oven-baked potatoes with fresh sour cream are the perfect side dish for summer tables. You can easily prepare the potatoes in the oven with a frying pan or abaking tray.

Small potatoes
Sour cream
Olive oil
Salt
Turn on the oven to 190 °C.
Wash the potatoes and dry. Set on a baking tray or a fry pan and season with olive oil and salt.
Cook in the oven for 20-30 minutes or until well cooked.
Let the potatoes cool down a little bit. Make a small cut with a knife and fill with sour cream. Finish with chives.
