Easy berry crumble

A clear sign that summer is in full swing is the berry kiosks popping up in market squares and outside supermarkets. Naturally, we had to create a recipe to celebrate these seasonal treats. This crumble is perfect for any time of the day, but personally, I love having it for breakfast. There’s no better way to start the day than with delicious, fresh fruit and a sweet, crispy crumble. For dessert, you can even top it off with a scoop of ice cream!

Recipe

Makes two bowls of crumble (15cm each)

400 g of strawberries
300 g of cherries
120 g of raspberries

Crumble:
5 dl of oats
1,5 dl of flour
1 dl of sugar
1 tbsp of vanilla sugar
150 g of room temperature butter

Wash all the berries, removing the pits from the cherries and the leaves from the strawberries. Divide the berries evenly between the bowls. In a separate bowl, mix all the crumble ingredients -this is best done with your fingers. Top each bowl with half of the crumble mixture, making sure the berries are fully covered. Bake in the oven at 200°C for 15–20 minutes, or until the crumble is golden brown.
