MARINATED PEPPERS
2 yellow peppers
2 red peppers
3 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
extracts of thyme
extracts of rosemary
extracts of oregano sprigs
oil
salt
Heat the oven to 220°C. Peel the peppers and remove the seeds. Grill the peppers in the oven until they get a good colour. Cool the peppers in a plastic bag so that you can easily remove the skins.
Cut the peppers into thin slices and put them in a glass jar. Add the garlic cloves, herbs, oil, salt, lemon juice and leave to marinate for a few hours.
